Negotiate offers from suppliers
Consult with suppliers
Review quotations
Establish delivery schedules
Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
Review and process claims against suppliers
Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services

Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support the seamless movement of products across facilities and ensure alignment with project and production needs. This role is pivotal in managing procurement activities, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining vendor relationships to optimize supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
Overall involvement in the product movement across facilities through creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) in alignment with project and production needs.
Ensure timely procurement and follow-up on deliveries to meet production schedules.
Involve in order execution through Sales acknowledgement, Sales orders and Service Ticket
Engage with production team to monitor material flow and avoid bottlenecks and ensure consistent inventory availability to support ongoing production activities
Involve in product lifecycle management by supporting warranty claims, replacements, and service-related discussions as required
Engage with vendors to source materials, negotiate terms, and maintain strong working relationships.
Work Closely with Engineering and Service teams to understand and align procurement.
Maintain and manage inventory levels, initiate restocking, and monitor usage trends.
Ensure Bills of Materials (BOMs) and pricing are consistently updated and maintained for accuracy across projects and procurement activities.
Assist with forecasting to ensure demand planning aligns with supply chain capabilities.
Occasionally prepare customer quotes in collaboration with the sales or operations team.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
