    We are seeking a highly motivated and student-centered Growth and Outreach Marketing Specialist to drive student recruitment and brand awareness through digital marketing, lead generation and community outreach. This role blends creative execution with hands on outreach and performance-focused marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing student enrolment and strengthening the college’s presence across digital platforms and in the community.

    This role is ideal for creative individuals, who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess the ability to adapt quickly to deliver measurable results. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to promote programs, events, and college initiatives.

    • Plan and execute lead generation activities across digital channels, including landing pages, forms, and follow-up campaigns.

    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.

    • Attend education fairs, open houses, community events, and outreach activities to represent the college and generate prospective student leads.

    • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, including lead volume, campaign results, and conversion trends.

    • Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to align marketing activities with enrollment goals.

    • Support other marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, website updates, promotional materials, and brand activities.

    • Maintain accurate records of leads, campaigns, and outreach efforts using CRM or other tracking tools.

    • Develop innovative solutions to help build brand awareness and achieve results.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

    • Minimum 1 – 2 years of proven experience with social media management, content creation, running paid advertising campaigns and lead generation.

    • Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing funnels.

    • Proficient in relevant marketing tools such as Canva, CRM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Adobe Suite etc.

    • Ability to take initiative and suggest improvements where necessary.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

    • Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to actively engage all relevant stakeholders in a positive and approachable manner.

    • Demonstrated enthusiasm for building connections and fostering collaborative relationships in both one-on-one and group settings.

    • Comfortable initiating conversations, facilitating discussions, and presenting ideas with confidence to diverse audiences.

    Assets:

    • Relevant experience in the higher education sector, particularly at a Private Career College.

    • Experience working cross-functionally with admissions, academics and leadership.

    • Leadership experience obtained via either mentoring or managing junior staff.

    As our operations grow, we are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our finance function and help maintain strong financial controls. The Junior Accountant will support day to day accounting operations and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands on experience across the full accounting cycle in a collaborative, professional environment. The position is primarily in office, with a limited hybrid schedule available after onboarding.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.

    • Perform daily bookkeeping activities

    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

    • Process vendor invoices and payments

    • Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

    • Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements

    • Support month end and year end close activities

    • Maintain organized financial documentation and records

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    • 2 to 5 years related experience

    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP

    • Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Clear written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Assets:

    • Relevant experience in the higher education sector, particularly at a Private Career College.

    • Experience working cross-functionally with admissions, academics and leadership.

    • 3+ years of relevant experience
