Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries

Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records in logistics systems and databases
Prepare shipping documents, customs forms, and related paperwork

Qualifications:

• This position supports the US Utilities Integration Program by onboarding Enbridge third party suppliers to work with Enbridge in the Oracle Cloud ERP system. Responsibilities include assisting the Third-Party Enablement workstream and preparing third party suppliers to transact with Enbridge.
• This role will support the preparedness of Enbridge third parties and offer insights regarding third party considerations to internal stakeholders.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supplier Outreach: Reach out to suppliers by phone and email to confirm business contacts, emails, and other key information. Cold calling may be required to collect contact details.
• Supplier Onboarding: Guide suppliers through the registration and onboarding process in the Enbridge Oracle Supplier Portal, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Work across the SCM and other ERP workstreams; with multiple stakeholders and across multiple business units to influence and provide solutions for quickly onboarding
• Data Integrity: Maintain and update supplier records in Oracle, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide first-level support to suppliers experiencing issues with portal access or registration, escalating technical issues as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Enbridge Supplier Onboarding & Master Data team and other internal teams to ensure supplier onboarding aligns with business needs and timelines.
• Documentation: Create and maintain onboarding documentation, process guides, and FAQs to support supplier self-service and internal training. Maintain Sharepoint library for Supplier Portal onboarding.

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Management Summer Student to work with our Supply Chain Management team. This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Management and requires an organized and motivated individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges. This 4-month work term will commence in May 2026. This position will be based in Calgary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and/or lead sourcing events (RFx) as required
Support Senior Category Management Advisors with projects and initiatives such as data analysis, sourcing strategy development and executing sourcing events
Initiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with our key suppliers and following the MSAs through to execution. This includes:
Initiate MSAs in SAP Ariba
Work with ARC and supplier Legal departments as required to facilitate MSA negotiations
Ensure MSAs are fully executed within appropriate authority levels
Upload executed MSAs to ARC’s system
Assist with drafting other agreements such as Pricing Agreements
Support the Procurement team by completing tactical sourcing events and/or creating purchase orders
Assist with reporting in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and OpenInvoice and identify opportunities for enhancements
Document procurement processes, procedures, and training documents
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO ARC:
The position is ideally suited for students entering their third or fourth year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Management with a focus in Supply Chain Management and are returning to their studies in the following term
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time in a dynamic environment
Intermediate MS Office/365 skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Prior experience working in Supply Chain Management would be considered an asset
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision, promote continuous improvement and enjoy working in a team environment
