The Warehouse Associate will work within the Operations Warehouse & Logistics team, responsible for carrying out various shipping, receiving, material handling and inventory control tasks. This role will focus primarily on order picking and material stocking but will be engaged cross-functionally to enable flexibility within the team to adjust to the changing needs and priorities for the day.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about learning, relentlessly curious, collaborative, and has a desire to make a difference.Key Responsibilities:
Receiving:
Sort product by customer, PO and date
Process inbound shipments which includes sorting, quality checking, count verification etc. by serial number
Complete stocking tasks
Report potential damages by taking pictures and uploading in FSA App.
Order Picking:Retrieve goods from storage location and serial number as per RF Scanner
Deliver goods to applicable area for configuration/shipping
Retrieve product and deliver to staging
Complete applicable computer transactions for documentation
Shipping:
Retrieve orders from shipping lanes
Prepare orders for shipment
Perform QA/QC following the specific guidelines
Process orders with appropriate tracking information
General:
Lift, move, reposition equipment; ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse facility
Open, close, tape and label packages; wrap product
Stack and unstack product; move pallets
Support Inventory Control team as needed
Adhere to all Health and Safety protocols at all times
Skills & Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 - 3 years of experience in a warehousing, logistics and transportation environment is beneficial
Proven proficiency with use of computers, computerized business management systems and use of RF scanners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fluid and fast paced environment, with frequent short timelines.
Ability to work overtime (evenings and weekends) to respond to customer (internal or external) needs

Job Type: 12 month Maternity Leave Position, Full-time (40 hours)
Reporting: Reports to the Project Manager and Health & Safety Manager. This role does not have direct reports.
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour plus comprehensive benefits after a successful 3 month probationary period.

We are seeking a career-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, supporting field operations, maintaining documentation and compliance requirements, and ensuring effective communication between project teams, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
This remote position requires an individual who is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining strong attention to detail, operational efficiency, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Project Support
Provide administrative support to Project Managers and operational leadership.
Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
Assist with resource allocation, project planning, and estimation support.
Maintain organized project files, records, templates, and documentation systems.
Support special projects and operational initiatives as required.
Crew & Project Coordination
Coordinate crew assignment meetings and maintain accurate manpower schedules.
Track employee availability and support rotational staffing requirements.
Coordinate employee travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and camp arrangements for project mobilization and demobilization.
Support field crews with scheduling, coordination, and administrative requirements.
Coordinate temporary workers and assist with verifying hours and time tracking.
Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential scheduling or resource challenges.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a central point of contact between Project Managers, field staff, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Provide timely and accurate project updates.
Distribute project documentation and ensure stakeholders have current information.
Maintain professional and responsive communication with internal and external partners.
Submit daily Labour, Equipment, and Material (LEM) reports / Time and Material (T&M) documentation with supporting documentation and receipts.
Documentation, Compliance & Reporting
Maintain contracts, permits, employee records, project documentation, and compliance records within SharePoint.
Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and organized.
Support safety and regulatory documentation requirements, audits, and inspections.
Assist with monthly inspection tracking and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and company information.
Procurement & Logistics
Participate in weekly procurement meetings to coordinate project requirements.
Source equipment, PPE, specialty materials, rentals, and industrial supplies.
Obtain vendor quotes, prepare purchase orders, and track procurement activities.
Monitor backorders and communicate impacts to project timelines.
Coordinate shipping, freight, vendor pickups, and material deliveries.
Maintain operational templates and support ongoing process improvements.
Safety & Training Support
Coordinate employee training requirements and certification renewals.
Maintain training records and support compliance tracking.
Review, update, and create safety documentation, including:
Safe Work Practices (SWPs)
Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs)
Health & Safety policies
Exposure Control Plans (ECPs)
Emergency Contact Lists
Other project-specific safety documentation
Schedule and support safety training sessions.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Member (Shipper/Receiver) to join our Fulfillment & Logistics team. This role is primarily responsible for order fulfillment while also providing support in receiving, work order processing, and general warehouse operations. What You'll Do
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments for customers and job sites
Coordinate with carriers and freight providers to schedule pickups and deliveries

Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and shipping area

What your day to day will look like:
Reporting to the Director of National Procurement you will provide procurement support to our Scandinavian operations group including area managers (AM), regional directors (RD) and owner operators (OO). In this role you will be using a combination of different software in your role; Sage Legacy, Excel, Proprietary CRM, and Kissflow.
Purchase all products and service requests, receive stock and non-stock items ensuring specifications, quality and inventory levels are correct.
Monitor and communicate deliveries of items between suppliers, transfers of equipment to different sites, and prepare stock orders.
Meet with vendors establishing strong working relationships and negotiating best pricing.
Assist with the shipping, receiving, organizing, storing and issuing of cleaning supplies, equipment and chemicals for timely deliveries.
Perform data entry and process purchase orders.
Process monthly shop sales, repair order, daily dol and invoices for the Accounting department in a timely manner and transfer to spreadsheet for tracking.
What you'll need to succeed:
1-2 years minimum administrative or purchasing experience.
Post secondary education in Purchasing/ Supply chain management is preferred.
Strong computer skills with the ability to use purchasing systems and related software applications.
Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with outstanding communication and organization skills.
