Job Description
The Junior Logistics Analyst supports the transportation team by assisting with the day‑to‑day execution, data management, and reporting of rail logistics activities serving LDC’s processing plants, terminals, and trading desks. This role provides foundational support across shipment tracking, railcar billing, rate data maintenance, and performance reporting, helping ensure accurate information flow and timely execution. The position is designed to develop core logistics, rail, and commercial knowledge while supporting continuous improvement, data quality, and operational discipline across transportation operations.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential FunctionsSupport day‑to‑day transportation execution by assisting with railcar tracking, shipment status updates, and coordination activities in support of plants, terminals, and trading desks.
Maintain transportation data accuracy and integrity, including shipment records, rate data, billing information, and performance metrics used by the transportation team.
Assist with transportation reporting and analytics, supporting KPI tracking, performance summaries, and ad‑hoc analysis to improve visibility and decision‑making.
Provide foundational operational support to the transportation team, enabling timely execution, consistent processes, and effective information flow across stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities Functions
Administer railcar track‑and‑trace activities, including monitoring movements, identifying exceptions, and escalating issues as needed.
Assist with railcar billing and invoice processing, including validation against contracts, rate tables, and shipment details.
Support maintenance and upkeep of rail rate databases and tariff files, ensuring current and accurate pricing information is available.
Compile and maintain transportation performance reports, including service metrics, dwell time, cycle time, and exception tracking.
Assist with demurrage and accessorial charge tracking, supporting documentation, reporting, and issue resolution.
Coordinate shipment documentation and record keeping, including billing data, customs-related information, and internal reporting files.
Support transportation system updates and data cleanup efforts, including improvements to reporting tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, data quality, and operational discipline within the transportation team.
QualificationsMust have post-secondary in a related field of study (Supply Chain, Logistics, etc)
Must have 0-3 years of previous work experience in data analysis, operations, or a relevant field.
Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to accurately enter, maintain, and interpret transportation data, rate tables, and KPI reports using Excel and logistics systems.
Attention to detail and financial discipline, particularly when reviewing freight invoices, monitoring ancillary charges (e.g., demurrage), and ensuring data accuracy for reporting and accounting purposes.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling clear interaction with senior analysts, traders, plant operations, rail carriers, and accounting partners.
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic operating environment, responding to service disruptions, changing shipment plans, and time‑sensitive requests.
Demonstrated learning agility and curiosity, with the ability to quickly build knowledge of rail networks, systems, and internal processes.

Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 7:30-4pm
The Role: Our Operations Team is looking for Warehouse Associates to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers, vendors, and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will bring your passion for details, organization, and teamwork to ensure that day-to-day warehouse functions are operating on-time, accurately and efficiently. This role will support Watson Gloves’ overall corporate objectives for growth, process improvement and a commitment to providing engaging and authentic service to all of our customers, in all situations. YOUR core responsibilities:
General Duties
Picking orders in the order they are received: FIFO
Paperwork completed with a high level of accuracy
Tag, wrap and UPC product for shipping
Ensure finished orders are placed on the proper pallet at the end of the day for easy consolidation
Working with a sense of urgency, high attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Maintain a working knowledge of where all items in the warehouse are located to ensure efficiency
Proficient with RF scanners, WMS, TMS and A1 Ship
Communicate with the shipping, receiving, USA shipping and value add departments to ensure complete orders and high level of customer service
Adaptable and willing to help in all areas of the warehouse when needed
Communicate any discrepancies with inventory, counts, UPC codes, locations etc. to leads and/or Warehouse Manager
Notify the Warehouse Manager of any deficiencies, products needed and suggestions for continuous improvement
Communicate and replenish home bins with required part numbers as needed
Follow shipping instructions noted on the orders, calling customers for pick up where indicated
Complete weekly and monthly cycle counts as required
Assisting in the vending /heat transfer area, repetitive work, able to adapt from area to area, wherever needed
Health and Saftey
Ensure all PPE is worn, and health & safety rules are adhered to
Notify leads and/or Warehouse Manager of any unsafe work conditions or practices
Report all injuries to a first aid attendant and the Warehouse Manager
What YOU BRING to Watson Gloves:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse position
Previous experience using RF scanners, completing shipping, and receiving paperwork and using A1 ship is considered an asset
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, sense of urgency and team-oriented attitude
Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand during entire shift

Overview:Pembina Pipeline Corporation is actively hiring an Operations Procurement Advisor to join the team, and reports to the Supervisor, Operations Procurement in the Supply Chain department.

Supply Chain delivers strategic value to the organization by optimizing technology for material acquisition, inventory carrying, transportation, and planning costs.
The role of the Advisor is to support procurement activities for Pembina’s field operations by ensuring all materials and/or services are procured to drive maximum value. The Advisor is responsible for ensuring that all supply chain activities are executed with the highest standards of ethics and integrity and are in strict adherence to Pembina’s policies.
This role may be based out of Pembina’s corporate offices in either Calgary, Sherwood Park, or Grande Prairie.Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Accountability for Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management from requisition to payment; including post-award PO administration, change orders and invoice attestation as well as close out of purchase orders;
Work closely with the operational unit, engineering, operations, and maintenance staff in the procurement of materials and/or services;
Engage supply chain teams responsible for contracts and category management while building strong, integrated relationships with planning and scheduling functions to effectively meet client needs;
Review technical scopes of work in SAP for completeness and ensure alignment with commercial contracts;
Provide supply chain process guidance, sourcing recommendations, and contracting support to ensure alignment with corporate policies, standards, and category management strategies;
Develop and conduct supplier justification, onboarding, and pre‑qualification activities, while working with suppliers to expedite materials and resolve incomplete or incorrect shipments in alignment with Pembina’s standards and ISNetworld requirements;
Work with internal stakeholders and the supplier community to identify continuous improvement opportunities and support Pembina’s vision for operational excellence;
In consultation with the Indigenous Engagement Community Economic Development area, work with stakeholders to provide opportunities to local and Diverse suppliers where appropriate;
Actively participate in peer groups, workshops, training and development and cross-functional meetings, and collaborate with the team to share lessons learned, best practices and problem-resolutions and opportunities as they arise;
Identify, negotiate, and capture cost‑savings opportunities while executing sourcing activities, including Requests for Proposals, Requests for Quotes, and Single Source Justifications;
Provide coverage for other advisors and support training for new hires and employees on new processes and system enhancements;
Demonstrate learning agility by actively seeking feedback, adapting to new information quickly, and applying learnings to improve performance and deliver results in a dynamic environment;
Provide after-hours coverage from time to time; and

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education and professional designation (SCMP or CCM) or enrollment in a Supply Chain Management program is an asset;
Related, relevant work experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically performing the sourcing/procurement function;
Related experience in the oil and gas industry and specifically within the midstream/pipeline industry is considered an asset;
Experience and familiarity using SAP for procurement of materials and services and using SAP Ariba (Contracts, Sourcing & Supplier Lifecycle Performance) is considered an asset;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control;
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision;
Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage, negotiate and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service;
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or processes and apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Willing to travel to field locations as required; and
Possess a valid class five driver’s license.
